School support staff play a crucial role in schools across England, enabling teachers to focus their time more effectively on classroom teaching.

The Support Staff Development Package aims to work with schools in partnership to provide the means to achieving a qualified, trained and well developed effective support staff workforce. We work with other services and partners to help achieve an integrated Children and Young People Service. We ensure that service provision is aligned to the Every Child Matters agenda. Our extensive knowledge and experience of excellent practice locally, regionally and nationally will be used to share effective strategies to underpin school workforce reform.

By purchasing a subscription schools can access a comprehensive range of services rather than purchasing individual services.

Schools can purchase either the Standard or Enhanced subscription.
