This is a new course that leads to a nationally recognised qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management. There are 6 days of development over a period of 10 weeks and the course will include:

Problem solving skills.
Planning change.
Using information for decisions.
Time management.
Team building.
Motivation.
Managing performance.
Communication.
Self development needs.
Presentation skills.

The course is aimed at people who are managing people and resources at a first line level who have no formal management qualifications.
