In April 2008, the Children and Young People's Organisational Development Service undertook a customer satisfaction survey for all Sheffield Schools who purchase our HR services. The aim of the survey was to ask schools for feedback on a wide range of the services that are currently provided by Organisational Development.
We asked schools to rate our services as either "Outstanding", "Good", Satisfactory" or "Poor" to create an up-to-date picture on how these services are received by our key customers in Sheffield. In addition to this we also provided the space for schools give us comments and general feedback.
The results have now been collated and a short report of the responses that came back from Schools is available to download at the bottom of this page. Over a third of schools completed the survey and gave an overwhelming positive response, with 82% of schools agreeing that we provide a high level of service overall.
We have also reviewed the comments provided by schools to identify any themes to the feedback on how we can improve the services we deliver.
