leaf Human Resources is part of Sheffield’s recently formed Children and Young People’s Services Federation of Support Services.
We offer a specialist consultancy, advisory and support service which enables schools to manage human resources effectively, with the benefit of best HR practice and informed by current education and employment legislation.
Our Service employs experienced, knowledgeable and highly competent HR practitioners who have valuable and established connections with the DCSF, other Local Authorities/Children and Young People’s Services, associated management and advisory bodies, pensions agencies, and partners, eg. trade unions and legal services.
Each school purchasing our service will have access to a designated Human Resources Consultant and access to our website.
