(18th June 2008): Thank You to all who attended - the day was well received by the majority of schools.
Location: The Megacentre, Sheffield.
The main focus of this year's Money Talks Conference was Value for Money (VfM) and our keynote speaker, Claire Dicks from the DCSF, addressed the critical issues affecting schools.
In the ongoing environment of ever tighter budgets for schools and extended school activities, along with the assumed 1% efficiency saving by the DCSF in the Funding Settlement, the importance of exploring such VfM issues cannot be underestimated!
